I can't figure out how to make my Print Margins the size of my paper. I made my virtual mat size the size of my paper which is 12x18'
When I preview the Print Margins are 8.5x11?! I can't find any setting that says 8.5 x 11.
I'm suspecting that it is in my printer settings;however, I have my paper setting at 12x18.
This is causing an error message that my design is outside the printing boundaries, in turn leaving out my registration marks.
Im using Scal3, 24' SB, Mac OSX 10.8
Any advice is appreciated!

Received Order Confirmation immediately followed seconds later by email an containing S/N, clear download instructions, link for manual, etc., followed by a third email containing links for all Bonus Content. No hiccups at all. Purchased previously in 2017 and on both occasions, transactions were flawless. Can’t wait to get started!

Response: Hi Marion, our apologies. Sounds like you may be having issues with email delivery. You should have received an automatic email with your download links. Sometimes those emails can end up in the spam whereas the receipt will end up in your inbox, and sometimes international email servers will block some of the emails as the license key can trigger false spam. Ordered Scal 5, a digital download,yesterday morning. Paid by Paypal who confirmed payment. Heard nothing from Svgtools, no acknowledgement, nothing. Checked order last night, still 'processing'. Checked lunchtime 'shipped'. Checked email - nothing. Sent message via contact which said it would send me an email. Yeh! email with link to Livechat Haha! Fat chance. Link page opens 'sorry no one available for livechat. My thoughts at this moment are I will never shop here again and I most certainly wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from here. I have NEVER bought a digital download which hasn't been almost instantaneous. I've always found you pay the money, the company releases the download. Rating is because I couldn't submit without it but reality my rating of this transaction is '0'

i just bought the sure cut a lot 5 but i didnt get the bonus things like it said
